Jessica has won this years poll in the category of "If Peeps came to life, what female public person or celebrity might it become?" Jessica is a two-time winner, having obtained the sugary crown last year as well.
Runners up were Oprah in second, Ellen in third and Rosie in fourth.
The male winner was Will Ferral, followed by Johnny Depp, Jamie Foxx and Justin Timberlake.
Peeps also ran a category for those in need of Peeps sweet goodness. The male winner for the second year running was George Bush (though you really shouldn't give him anything big enough to choke on), followed by Donald Trump and Simon Cowell. Maybe Rosie could share her Peeps with Donald...
Females who need some sugar include Britney Spears, Hilary Clinton and Paula Abdul. Poor Britney started out with enough syrupy goodness to give any candy-lover a toothache, but has left her fans with a bitter aftertaste with her recent rehab stint.
